Mailbox piranha feed at your own risk. Except books feed it books, lots of books.
Mailbox Monday is a weekly event started by Marcia, and is now hosted on a blog rotation. Mrs. Q : Book Addict is the host for the month of July.

I have been dying, dying to read this book. Omg it sounds so good. I’ve seen bloggers showing it off which makes me go oh shiny I wanna steal your book but then Quirk sent me an email saying hey you wanna get a finished copy and a poster? After I finished squealing and thanking Quirk in my head for preventing me from becoming a thief I quickly answered and said hell yes I want a copy send that baby over. It’s so pretty I squealed again when I opened the package. Mega huge thanks to Quirk for sending me The Last Policeman.
Salt City by Robert C. Fleet I know I entered the giveaway for this on a couple blogs but only remember one and that’s not where I won it, I didn’t get an email it just showed up in the mail. The author kindly signed it for me so thank you Robert and thank you mystery place I won it from.
I went to B&N the other day because I was browsing some stores and naturally you can’t not go into a book store so while there I saw Abraham Lincoln Vampire Hunter which I’ve been wanting for a while now on sale. About $6 later it was mine.
On to the ebooks
A Peculiar Collection by Lisa C Hinsley
Falling by J Bennett I won yay oddly was one of the blogs hosting the giveaway
Vampires Drool and Zombies Don’t BBQ by the awesome Rusty Fischer

Hi Jessica,
I am still finding my way through the maze of fantasy and paranormal books right now, so I don’t think I am quite ready for some of your titles.
I have to say that ‘Salt City’ really interests me though, although I am not too keen on the cover art for it.
I have added this one to my list, until I am feeling a little more adventurous
Thanks for sharing,
Yvonne

I have The Last Policeman too. I’ll be reading that sometime this month. I totally understand about the lure of the bookstore. They are like a black hole to me… I get sucked in and can’t escape!
